Nursery

Spottedthorn found a nest and layed there waiting for Ashenfur and the kits. Yowling out as the contractions got bigger and shorter.

AshenFure the grey medicine cat stumbled in stormy green/grey eyes wide, "I came here as fast as I could" He panted then leapt to her side

"Ah, no worries..." she mewd before grincing at the pain. Panting did she lay

He looked at her, then nudged her a piece of bark, "Bite down when you feel the concentrations" He then rummaged through his stack of herbs he had brought in his mouth and set the down

Seeing a stick did she look at it in a mouse-brained way. Once he said what to do with it it she bit on to it hard as an wave contractions came. Bitting it again as a massive pain came to her that she heard a crack.

He nodded then looked at her, "Flick an ear if the pain is intense" He watched her worriedly

She flicked her left ear and bit down.

"Push" He whispered in a soft and caring tone, "When the pain feels the greatest push" He made his way to her

Feling a wave and pain did she push like she was told. Doing this 5-6 more times did she feel it.

He saw it, a head he glanced at her, "I see the first kit.. c'mon pus" He handed her a sturdier piece of bark

Bittig the bark did she push and push and push . Until she felt most it out. Soon as that a motherly instinct took ov2r and she half sat up looking at the ball wet fur. Licking it did she move it to ashenfur to look after until many more pushes

Ashen examined the kit making sure it was healthy he nodded to her and told her, "Push when he feel the other one coming, this is healthy"

Feeling the second was painful seeing the kit did she lick him and pass to Ashenfur as another contractions came. Though they where smaller and less painful. Feeling it did she take it and nicked the bag. Licking him did she see he was a runt. Looking at the others did she smile with glee until her gaze landed on the biggest kitten.  "You look just like your father..." she said to herself but too loud.

AshenFur purred happily seeing the kits being healthy she looked at him, "Three healthy kits" He grinned, "How do you feel?" He looked for Bogean leaves and gave them to her

"Good, just tired" she purred deeply as she ate the borgean leafs. Licking her lips did she curle her tail protectivly around them as they nursed. She soon closed her eyes and slept.

He smiled having done his job and dipped his head, "I'll catch you later and for I can see those bundles of fur later healthy and future bold warriors" He grinned and exited the den purring softly heading to his den to fix the den up

Noding did she fall asleep.

The biggest kit was shoving his way to the scent of sweet milk. Mewing did he find a nipple and push with his front paws to help the milk flow into his tiny mouth.

Lilykit squirmed over to her mother and stuck her small face into her belly to get milk. She kneaded Spottedthorn's belly with her front paws to help the flow of milk.

Reedkit tried to get over his brother, but without the power to walk, or even climb, he just tumbled off, squirming with his paws in the air, seeing as he couldn't roll back over.

Spottedthorn purred at her littlest kits attempt to get to her. So she lifted him up and nuged him to an open space on her belly.

Tigerkit mewd as he unlached and fell asleep. feeling his mother move did he scwirm but then went into a milky-dream.

Lilykit released when she was full and fell asleep.

He felt his mother lift him up, gently nudging him to her belly. As soon as he felt a nipple come near his face, he latched on. Sucking, he used his paws to kneed her belly to produce more milk. His brother and sister were already asleep, but Reedkit wasn't tired just yet. He kept sucking until a hiccup came to him, telling him that he should stop. He then squirmed around, finding his mother's paw, he climbed over it, resting in between her front paws.

LionStar poked his head in his eyes glimmering with pride, "Ah SpottedThorn you had your kits?" He grinned stepping in, "Yes, they will one day become mighty warriors" He chuckled

Lilykit awoke to the sound of her leader and looked over at him with unopened eyes. "Hellwo?" She mewled, her voice quiet.

LionStar ears flicked as he heard the small kit a smile spread of her muzzle, "Hey there small one"
